Go here only for kids' or old men's haircuts. I had a standard highlighting and a trim with Daphne. $125 + tip later, I had a 5 minute trim and my entire head of hair was stripped to practically no color. Friends/family all commented on how damaged and way too light my hair was and that I should go back and insist they correct it. I called and discussed with the manager who was polite and said I should come in the next day. I did and she and the owner, without acknowledging any mistake, said the manager would put low lights in it for $50 and a free conditioning. I agreed because I just wanted it fixed. I really think the manager, Ashley, tried to fix it, but, now a total of $175 plus tips (total of $210) later, it looks very little different. (way too light and damaged)."
