very poor attitudes of doth departments in the social services and does not hold good standing of integrity other than Bias views.. I asked to have a cancelations of funding and foot work on my end was and has been taken very lightly. I am a peer and voice in the united states of America. the area covers nm, co. no collaborations but of there own use. peoples lives need to be better handled with progressive insight of changing the focus of the people indeed.... respectfully Justin a Hernandez.
