I hope someone at your company reads this, because you sure don't know how to communicate by phone. I have made at least 10 phone calls and recieved one back with no answer. On 10/05/10 your trash truck tore the electric service off my house @ 1117 Portland

in Trinidad, Co. This happened at 11 am. By noon I had an electrician working on the repairs, which were completed by 4:30 that day. The electricians bill was $500, and I was told not to worry, you would take care of it. A month and a half later I find out that was a lie. That started my string of phone calls, and as of this date,12/17/10, the electrician still has not been paid.

This electric service had been at this house since it was built in 1911. Your truck pulled off the paved road, into the gravel parking area close to the house, caught some tree branches (might have been a clue), then caught the electrical lines. I am paying the electrician today, out of my own pocket, and I guess we'll see you in court. What a pathetic way to run a large corporation! Whomever is responsible for your business practices should be ashamed!
