Established in 1968, the Good Samaritan Society Tripp is a faith-based residential organization that offers clinical and 24-hour skilled nursing care services for senior citizens. It provides therapy, nutritional counseling and emergency response services. The Good Samaritan Society Tripp also offers medication management, assisted living and personal care services, as well as assistance with eating, dressing, walking and personal hygiene. It provides medical intervention and health care supervision services to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of terminally ill patients. Additionally, the organization offers home- and community-based respite and adult day health care services, as well as conducts several therapeutic and recreational activities. Located in Tripp, S.D., Good Samaritan Society Tripp is a part of The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, which offers social, residential and health care services in more than 230 locations throughout the United States.
