My frames broke within 6 months. They kept them for a week, trying to repair them. Only after we called them, did they tell us that they need to be sent away for a possible repair, with me paying for shipping. So my warranted frames would cost me to be repaired, is what I was told. Im sure the shipping wasn't much, but given the fact that they had them for a week, and now want more time for a 'possible' repair on a 6 month old pair of glasses doesn't seem like good business practices. So now my $500 pair of glasses are sitting on my ding room table, in pieces. Thanks troutdale vision clinic.

Dr. Jim was wonderful. He was on time and very thorough in the appointment. Plus there is quite a selection of eye wear.
