I could get friendlier customer service in Hell than i can at this particular McDonalds store. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE THEY GET MY ORDER WRONG. And when I go and politely tell them they got my order wrong they just don't care. They are unapologetic of having got my order wrong and having wasted some of my time. They do not offer things that one in this position would normally be offered, like coupons or a free upgrade. I get the food I originally ordered, with a quick, straight-faced, bored "sorry", and get to go about my day late and angry.
