NO customer service. Was told to come back another day

I went to the Walgreens on Rt 46 in Rockaway, NJ at 8PM. There were no other customers waiting in the area. There was 1 tech and 1 pharmacist present. It took 9 minutes for the tech to acknowledge me. I asked if they gave Flu shots and she said, "Yes, but it's a long wait, so come back another day." I said, "No problem." Walgreens will never see me again. Customer service, there was NO customer service!
