Had an appointment Tuesday but as the weekend approached my dog just didn't seem right. I called Friday and they fit him in that afternoon. From the front desk to the Dr they were kind and caring and compassionate. No hesitations about recommending them.

I have always been impressed with the level of service and courtesy I have received from the staff at Troutman Animal Hospital until recently. I have taken my cat in, as she had some health problems. They had to do tests on her and told me that if I had done the tests last year, like they suggested, she would not have problems now. I feel that they were accusing me of not caring for my beloved pet. That is not the case. Unfortunately I went through financial hardship like many other people and could not afford the tests at the time. I felt that comment was uncalled for.

I have been taking my dogs to Troutman Animal Hospital for many years. This team of Veterinarians

and Medical/Office Staff have been so wonderful. I am always greeted with kindness and my dogs are treated and adored by all. In February I had to send my beloved Cocker Spaniel, Prince , over the Rainbow Bridge and Dr Rutledge was so very wonderful.

I can call any time and they always try to work with my hectic schedule and accomodate my job hours, and the needs of my babies.
