- Starting out as a 50 bed facility, Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center opened its doors on June 10, 1969. After more than 38 years there have been many improvements and expansions at Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center. Today we have grown to a 234 bed capacity facility with a specialized unit for Alzheimer's residents. The staff strives to make Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center the leading long-term care facility in the state unequaled by any other facility.
