The last place on earth to live, never suggest to anyone or come back, the price may be low at the beginning but then other fee keep raising. Very unsafe, the security door never close, and the staffs are students, they can break into your room anytime.

The gym and office always close earlier than other places.

I have friends live in the 2 room apt, they leave in the summer for vacation and did not renew the lease, the office come to the room without notice or contact them then throw away everything in the room, tv, laptop, printer, ... Included books, learning material, document. And they did nothing in replacement. And they can not sue them cause hiring the lawyer is so costly.

Another friend of mine renew the lease, his lease will not expired until next year but the office also clean his room and they explain it was "accident", he lost all the important file, document and stuff in his room.

I myself live in a 4 bedroom , another room move out so the office come to clean his room, they also clean all the kitchen stuff of me, included my food in the fridge, clothes in the washer, dryer. I tried to complain and contact manager , they made me make a list and then did nothing.

The staff are students and so rude, and the manager is so not professional also. Never explain or help with any complain or feedback.

Beware, the staff at Troy Place apartments are not professional and do not care about the residents. They advertise that they use "Character Matching" sheets they make you fill out to put you with roommates that have your same interests, yet they do not actually use them to match residents. Also, if they put you with people that you do not like YOU have to pay a $200 fee to change rooms, even though it was their incompetence that put you in that situation. When I moved into my room, it was disgusting, but I wont go into details. Learn from my mistake, find somewhere else to live.
