We asked for a handicap room on the first floor. We were given a room an the second floor almost to the end of the hallway, when questioned about it the clerk was very rude and had to be woken up by her boss from sleeping on the couch. THIS WAS AT 12 NOON!!! I might understand if we were arriving in the late evening. I willsay that the clerk in the morning was very pleasant, but it did not make up for the day before.
