I purchased 14 beautiful chairs from Crate & Barrel. The quality is solid except for the cheap plastic glides on the bottom of the chairs. They leave black scoff marks on our wood floors.

All Glide was able to recommend a better alternative to the original Crate and Barrel glides. Problem solved. Thank you to the very helpful and knowledgeable folks at All Glide.
