Rotten customer service!!!!!!! Do not Buy from Louis Vuitton!!!!!! The Summerset Store in Troy Michigan is terrible - . DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!!!

Good food, pretty atmosphere, nice waitstaff. The lighting level is low. The price is average for a decent sit down dining establishment.

I saw it's commercial on TV very often lately so I decided to try it out. I went with few other friends and we order almost 10 dishes from their menu. However none of them really impressed me. The taste was so mediocre including their famous lettuce chicken wrap. It really didn't worth the price. However the service and environment was pretty good. Not many Chinese restaurant can match it. I don't know how they can open so many chain restaurant with that kind of taste. I wonder if American really know how to eat real Chinese food because there are no way you can find those food in mainland China.

My PF Chang's (Troy, MI) xperiences have always been exceptional. The atmosphere is somewhat intimate and relaxing especially after hours of shopping. Food is to die for (Lettuce Wraps, Chicken Lo Mein). I have always been greeted by servers who are very attentive, not allowing the restaurant to consume their welcoming personalities even at the busiest times. My last visit was 09/28/2008 and yes the restaurant was busy as usual. There was an average wait time of approximately 1 hour which has never been an issue but I'm certain that I would not be as patient at any other establishment. Yesterday was my first experience sitting at the bar (4th seat from the restrooms) and the bartenders were just as pleasant.



It SADDENS me to report that a female server walked up to the bar area to retrieve a alcohol beverage, my guess for a customer. She picked up a straw, placed it in the glass, took a sip of the drink then stated, "WOW THAT'S STRONG". The bar area was full wih customers and to prevent embarrassment and involving others I decided that I would foward this information via email. I did not realize that there is no contact section for more personal and or confidential emails.

Costing only slightly more than most chinese food, P.F.Changs is exceptional in quality and service. They have many unique menu items and they have made improvements to your old favorites. Simply the best chinese food around.

The best Chinese food, especially the walnut shrimp.

My PF Chang's experience was amazing and renowned! PF Chang's takes chinese cuisine to the next level! I would rate this exceptional including the service!

Food is great. Drinks are great. Service is good even during busy times (which is any time you go.) Either call ahead or plan on a wait but its worth it
