Ms. Shayma, you were disappointed that Ms. Gappy didn't accept your mother's case after she met with you and your mother for over a half hour explaining the law to both of you while your mother fell asleep in her chair. After you left, you came back to the office with even more questions and Ms. Gappy was with another client and couldn't speak to you anymore.
