I just tried this store location for the 1st time today. It is a pretty small Nodstroms rack that was super packed with shoppers. This however has nothing to do with my 1 start rating. The rating goes to their customer service or last least one in particular. My fiance was trying on clothes in the men's changing room. He had only been in there for about 5 minutes when an alarm went off. Apparently one if his alarms came off while trying on jeans. The women working their basically acted like my fiance was trying to steal a $30 pair of jeans and told him rudely that he needed to be more careful. Then 5 more minutes later as he is trying on another pair of pants he was told that he was in someone else's changing room lol. So he comes walking out with his shoes in his hand because at that point he just wanted to leave. Apparently someone had left their changing room for 10-15 min and figured once they use it it's got their name on it permanently. The customer service lady thought so as well. Congrats on losing 2 customers and your 1 star rating. I wonder how many others no longer shop here due to similar customer service...
