I live in rural area and driver turns my can in a different direction when emptied.....I really appreciate this small gesture as I know when I walk down my very long driveway to retrieve can that it's emptied. No problems getting in contact with them on the phone either. Prices are reasonable and affordable. A welcome breath of fresh air following a horrible carrier I'd previously had.

Provided by SuperpagesI have used custom disposal for 2 years. I switched from a national company because of price. Custom is about 40% less. I have had no problems at all. I recommend them .

Provided by SuperpagesHorrible customer service! After trash audit I was charge double of what I owed. I made multiple calls to office without any success! Now my trash has not been picked up in 2 weeks, and today I was told it was left on purpose because of my bill that noone will talk to me about. Two days ago Emerald... said, "Ill see if I can get them to pick it up today, and I will get back to you". I never heard back from her! Today I got to speak with DEBBIE finally who says she has called several times, although I have no voicemails. DEBBIE was rude, and disrespectful on phone and hung up on me!! Telling me she sent a yellow card , which i did not receive. I am disgusted now and just want them to pick up their bucket, and I will pay my bill according to my records! TRUE LINCOLN COUNTY TRASH! I give them ZERO stars for DEBBIES lack of customer service and business etiquette.

This company is impossible to get on the phone. They send bills for amounts that have already been paid. They have no bookkeeping skills. Customer service is awful. They give you the run around and never have records of anything. I've overpaid this company and they still cancelled service. The manager lady screamed at me on the phone and said she can "do whatever she wants." This company is a bunch of scammers.

Provided by YPmobileHow many checks is this business going to cash before the pick up my trash? I've paid more than I owe, and they still haven't come. After two months of calling, with no return call, I finally got ahold of a person today. They gave me the run around AGAIN. They had my address wrong as well as my balance. She says her boss will call. I won't hold my breath.

Provided by SuperpagesWe moved here from Ohio and called them, the girl in the office was helpful and funny. They promised service and haven't been late since. The prices were better than the others in the area. They have our vote and we will continue to share their phone number with others. Karen

Provided by SuperpagesWe have been using custom disposal for three years now and have never had anything wrong. They have new people in the office and they answer their phone or call you back. What ever the issues were about before are different from now. Our driver is friendly and always smiling. Thanks for the great service!

Provided by YP.comCustom Disposal has been picking up for us for many years, the driver is always courteous. I have never had a problem getting hold of any one to talk to there. Their prices are the best around and it is a family run business.

Provided by SuperpagesI moved to my new house on Aug 12th, I tried to call them to start service. No answer and they don't have an answering machine to leave a message. I finally got a hold of them on Aug 25. They were suppose to deliver my trash can and start picking up on Aug 31st. I never received trash can and no pick up, called back spoke to the lady again and she said they will deliver trash can that week and start picking up the following Monday. Today is Thursday, Sept 10th I still have no trash can and no service. I would never recommend this service to anyone. The only reason I am still trying I live in a Rural community and there is no other service.

Provided by SuperpagesOur trash hasn't been collected in 2 weeks. Neighbor told us pick-up was a day early last week but we didn't receive notification of change. It is Wednesday, Feb. 22 & no pickup today. Tried to call but no answer. We haven't been satisfied with service in the past but stayed with Custom Disposal because they made the effort to address our concerns. We are very dissatisfied and would not consider recommending this company in the future.
