Rude, condescending, unprofessional. Cut fingers on both hands and didn't even apologize. Let me walk out bleeding! Nails look terrible and I am getting married tomorrow. Have to go to another salon to get them fixed.

Stacy, I think you've reviewed the wrong place. I think you might be referring to Nail Pros aka Luxury Nails? I used to go there but that is the salon that switched owners and totally changed on me also. However, I've been to this Nails Spa 2 salon for a while now and it's definitely my new favorite! The prices are great and as the previous reviewer had said, my nails were done so right!

I got my nails done today and the girl did an amazing job she made my nails look beautiful and I mean it. Anyone that wants and needs their nails done go to nail spa 2 your nails will be done right.

I would give less than one star if possible. This place used to be decent before they switched owners. The last several times I have went in the nail techs have been rude and tried to force more expensive services on me. last night I went in and the nail tech was rushing through the entire process. He painted my toes (and didn't even paint the whole nail on several toes) and put a full set on. He didnt trim them as short as I wanted because he said its too short. Im sorry im paying and it should be my choice! He also filed my actual skin several times to the point of bleeding! He didn't apologize once.when I paid and asked for him to paint the spots on my toes he all but threw a fit so I left without having him paint my nails. Ive had several different people there and most all of them were rude (talking on the phone, eating, talking to other people the entire time)read less

I used to have my nails done here all the time. I lived in Troy. When I moved away it was a 50 minute drive so I stopped going. I was down in the area last Friday and went to get nails done. Not only were they watching what everyone else was or was not doing, my girl gave me to another person "to finish me". He put the gel on and did a terrible job. He left streaks and bubbles on my nails. I was so upset by my treatment that I left. If the owner was there I would have said something to him. I will never make that trip again and you can bet my friends that still are in Troy will be told about this. Wish I could add a pic of my nails. You can see the ridges even with a pic.
