Worst place for waxing! The lady who usually does the waxing is REALLY careless. My mom and I had both been going here for a while for lip/brow waxes and it seems like over time it just got worse. She does the waxing really fast and is not careful about applying the wax at all. The upper lip basically becomes like she's waxing a fu-man-chu, she just slathers the wax all over the place. My mom was still going here. I'm writing this review because of an incident that just happened to my mom. While she was getting a wax the lady somehow got wax on the inside of mom's lower lip. When she ripped, off came skin and she started bleeding! She has a big patch where the flesh is gone (sent me a pic). As if that's not bad enough...she had the nerve to still charge my mom full price! She didn't offer any free services or coupons to try to keep my mom's business or keep bad reviews from being written. I don't have any reviews for their nail services but would NEVER go there for a wax again!
