We first saw Dan's work at the home of a relative who just had him build a three season room and expand an existing small bathroom. When we decided to add a half bath and remodel our 1950's era bathroom we didn't hesitate in contacting Dan. He provided a clear design and timely work schedule. All of his work crew were polite, diligent and hardworking. The finished job is top notch, professional and was completed on time. We are very confident in recommending his work.

I chose Dan to do my attic remodel over 5 other contractors. Why? He was professional from the start, the only one who came back and sat with me and explained the estimate and contract.During the process he was receptive to my input,listened to what my vision was and made it happen.He made sure things were done right. The result was a gorgeous sunroom and walk in closet. I have enjoyed sitting and reading with the sun streaming in all last winter. Thanks again Dan.

Razzano Homes and Remodelers remodeled my dark, sectioned off house and made it the stunning, open concept home I have always wanted for my family to grow old in. Dan and his team were extremely accommodating when asked to incorporate changes and additions not in the original scope of work, and still managed to remain on schedule. When the job was complete, any remaining material or debris was removed, leaving behind our newly renovated home to enjoy for years to come.
