I dropped off a cute little white & black formal dress on Tuesday afternoon with a black smudge across the top of it. I don't know what the mark was from, but the people at Roxy told me that they would do their best to get it out. I was told to pick it up on Friday afternoon and that it would cost about $16.



I thought that seemed a bit long and a bit pricey too, but they seemed nice enough and Roxy is conveniently located near my school.



When I went to pick it up on Friday, I noticed that they hadn't removed the black smudge. I pointed it out and then they told me that they were unsure if they would be able to get it out. They said that they would try again the next morning and if they couldn't get it out, my next dry cleaning would be free.



I went back the next day to pick it up. They informed me that they were able to get some of the mark out, but not all of it and that I could get a discount the next time I came in. Mildly disappointed but understanding, I left with the dress. I put the dress on a half hour before the formal that I was supposed to go to and that's when I realized that they had destroyed my dress.



There is now a huge brown mark across the top of my dress. They also ruined the inside lining. So thanks Roxy Cleaners. I will NEVER go there again.
