This place was horrible to say the very least! My dad was doing rehab there & he hated it there, as did we, & couldn't wait to get out; we were seriously talking about discharging him from there & taking him home. One hand didn't know what the other was doing at all & when they said they would do things, you could count on the fact that most of the time it would not be taken care of----they just wanted to appease you.

. The meeting we had there was one that they hadn't really prepared well for & information they should have had with them just wasn't there.

This place was dirty at times & the halls were congested where if you had a walker, you could not get around very well. Different people gave different excuses for things, under estimating the knowledge we had about certain things. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to do our homework & research this disaster of a place before my dad was transferred form the hospital to there.

Make sure you do the laundry for your loved one for they lost alot of our dads clothes & once again, the excuses were all different.
