I wish I would have read the review from 2008 before I took my sons jacket to get his name on it...They said it would be five to seven days its going on 3 weeks and I can't even get it back to take somewhere else, by the time i get it back he will be to big to wear it. I am very disappointed in this company and its lack of professionalism, I would never recommend and will always tell people to save their time and money and go somewhere else!

Our organization has had no luck with this business. We placed an order for a on March 17, 2008 and had still not received it by July 17, 2008. We then cancelled our order. We were constantly checking with them, not them telling us the status. We felt that we were getting the run around or just flatly being lied to about the status. They said the pins were done but in customs. We specified American made and they were supposedly "made" in China. I could go into details on our specific timeline, but I don't think that will be necessary. With one exception they never returned the calls they promised.



At the time we cancelled the pin order, we requested our original drawing. They said that it would be next day shipped from the company. July 17, 2008 was the day we cancelled, it is now July 31st and we still have not received the drawing. We've lost almost two weeks in getting the pin done someplace else because of not having the original drawing available.



We've missed 7 events that we could have sold the pin at and will miss another one because of the delay in getting our drawing.



I would not recommend this company unless you want something right in the store. They are not open on Saturday or Sunday so if you expect to transact business... forget it.



I gave it one star, only because I couldn't put a negative in!
