I purchased my house in July 2008. The windows are extremely drafty and are the lowest grade. It is 20 degrees this morning and I have ice on the inside of my windows. I have checked that the windows are properly shut and locked. I do not have a humidifier and there is only one occupant – no excessive cooking or showering causing unusual high levels of moisture. They are Jeldwen - JW 03 08 Clear. Everything else in the house seems to be of medium/good quality, furnace, water heater, etc. I will need to replace the windows within three years.



I have had replacement windows in other properties and there is no comparison to the quality. When near the windows, they are extremely cold. If using Keystone Home builders in Troy OH, I would certainly make sure they use high quality windows in installation. Afterall, bad windows is just throwing away hard earned money.
