The billing practices with this company are absurd. They bill you, you pay the bill and since they dont do their job correctly and the ins. company isnt billed in a timely matter the come back and charge you again for the bill you just paid because it didnt fall on a certain date. How is this my problem? If I pay my bill on time in full they should not bill me again for the same charges. The sick and old that dont know this is happening I feel sorry for but I will not stand for it and if I have to get a lawyer and file a class action lawsuit I WILL. When you call to resolve the matter you get a run around, no calls back and Sr Reps and Managers that are less than competent. I am going to print and screen shot this review and when they erase it again I will plaster it every where including yelp and anywhere I can! Fix you're company and hire some competent employee's! I cannot wait to get away from using this useless company.
