Horsin Around Horseback Riding

My family and I went on a trip to Texas to visit a family member stationed at Fort Hood. Because we are from California, we only get to see him maybe three or four times a year, so on this trip we thought it would be fun to go horseback riding. We were not allowed to take pictures on our phones because it could scare the horses so the employees said they would take them on their phones and send them to us. It has taken over three weeks to receive these pictures. I've called several times, left my phone number, two email addresses and texted multiple times and haven't gotten a response. I think it's unprofessional to make a promise you can't keep and only give us half the service they promised. Now we have no memories of this event and probably won't receive the pictures ever. If you chose to go horseback riding here I recommend going with the intentions of not receiving your pictures. I think it was a waste of time and money, and I wish I'd gone somewhere else.
