They charged 125 for coming out. Did no diagnostics, only to plug and unplug the Sump Pump. They wanted an additional 250 to actually lift the cover, remove a coupling that screws on, to look at the pump and insisted I needed a new pump. By the way I insisted they needed to remove the coupling they wanted to cut the pipe. 10 minutes after they left I fixed it. It was just an obstruction under the pump, a wipe. I would have otherwise given them the money except it became apparent quickly they had no clue what they were doing. I had to tell them to actually use the floater switch on the pump to turn on the pump to do a real test. Then one guy insisted the floater that is used for the overflow alarm sensor was the switch for the pump. Stay away from this people. Also they get dispatched by some broker called CJH Plumbing 855 706 2005. Their phone is 434 977 6989.

We have a well for water and on Thursday afternoon we discovered our holding tank and pressure switch were not working properly. We started evaluating our options and I did not want to try to do it myself. We called Absolute Plumbing around 3:00 Thursday afternoon explaining the situation they said someone would get back to us shortly. About 3:30 we got a call from an Absolute Plumbing service man saying he was returning from Fredericksburg and was only a few minutes from us and would stop by. By 4:00 Absolute Plumbing person was at my house and identified the problems with the holding tank and pressure switch. After a few phone calls he said he could be back Friday morning with the parts . Friday morning Absolute Plumbing arrived with the new tank and within an hour our water was back on! Quickest service I have ever received, great job!

Very knowledgable about septic tanks. They called when they were going to be late and came out the same day. I would recommend them.

We had a problem with our septic tank this weekend and they responded promptly and got the problem fixed right away. Billy and Courtney were extremely knowledgable and professional. I even had an opportunity to speak with Keith, the owner, and he made sure I was happy with the service I received. I will be doing all my business with them from now on. I highly recommend them!!

I'd like to say that we had an excellent experience with Absolute Plumbing. It was Thanksgiving day and we realized our septic pump was not working. Bill and Billy arrived the next morning (on what they had planned to enjoy as a vacation day) and graciously got to work immediately, pumping out the tank and locating and replacing our dead pump with a new one. They were great and I feel they gave us a fair price for the new pump and all their labor. We would recommend them 100%.

never showed up even after calliong them and asking if they were gonna come cause they were late. big waste of time.
