Bought wood, made by this company, for decking material. Per NFP website, this was a proper use of the purchased wood. However, the deck significantly warped within a year, had to be replaced. Warped again, and had to be replace again! Multiple contractors consulted stated it was a "product failure." Substructure was proper and level, spacing was proper as defined by NFP install recommendations, etc. Contacted NFP and spoke several times to their VP, who initially seemed interested and willing to help. After a lot of double talk and delay, I found they do not stand by their product at all. Their warranty means nothing. I was given a lot of excuses and finger pointing by NFP, and ultimately got nowhere. My local distributor stated the same, several phone messages that weren't returned. I worked with my local distributor to remedy the problem. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware.
