The self service dog wash in the Spanish Springs location was DIRTY! The force dryer was not user friendly at all with the hose being too rigid to easily dry a dog. The young guys working there were pleasant enough but clueless about what's necessary to wash dogs. The set up was definitely not designed by a groomer.

I could go elsewhere to buy dogfood, treats, etc., but, having been elsewhere before, WHY would I try to save a nickel just to receive worse customer service and treatment?? I have never received even a harsh look from anyone that works there in Truckee. They not only go out of their way to help you find something, they smile and are genuinely friendly!

Yes, some days just SUCK!! But, could/would you smile and be nice even after some putz brings his dogs in for a nail treatment and one of them takes a dump all down two aisles??? Well, it happened to them today with my dogs! The girls NEVER even frowned! I freaked out and did my best to clean up the situation but, 10 stars to these girls!!! They handled this like pro's. Yes, my dogs were out just before coming to the store, but, Alabama wanted to leave a lasting impression! Thank you ladies for your POSITIVE attitude to a negative situation.

Again, WHY WOULD I WANT TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE???
