Loved this place for years. Paid off numerous accounts until today. Ashley knew how to talk to her customers with respect. Today Casey was down right rude. Lost a customer due to management. I was customer here for over 5 years and when we call to talk to her all she did was put Ashley down. Casey needs to learn how to talk to a customer. Yes corporate knows! Highly disappointed in this place.
