If you're really sick, go somewhere else. You'll be told you can't actually see the doctor for months out. Then you'll see a nurse practitioner who forgets to perform part of the exam. You can forget actually getting in touch with someone via telephone. You can leave messages and they will not be returned. And if your treating nurse takes a week's vacation, apparently no one else there can do anything about prescription call-ins or diagnostic tests ordered. They are quick to tell you how busy they are, but when you do visit, there is never more than 1 or 2 patients there.

This is the most frustrating doctor's office I have ever experienced. They NEVER answer the phone, and I mean never. You have to leave messages to make or change an appointment or check on a prescription and then they have to call you back, which sometimes takes a couple of days. Sometimes they just don't call back. It results in an endless game of phone tag. Time to move to a doctor who has a staff that actually answers the phone.
