Julie is great! She restrung several of my vintage dolls that ranged from just loose to already in pieces. I was lucky enough to discover she was near me so we could interact in person. She is honest, dependable, and does a wonderful job. I, unfortunately am moving, but know now that if I need her services in the future...I can feel secure about mailing any little girls in need of care to her.

I contacted this business about a Barbie which belongs to a granddaughter. Their dog had chewed the doll's arms. Julie said that she could fix the doll & was understanding concerning this situation. ( I received a reply from another business stating that it would be cheaper to buy another Barbie ! This surprised me as dolls are special to children for various reasons.) I mailed the doll to Trussville, Alabama & received it back very quickly. The arms match the doll exactly & I know my granddaughter will be very happy !

Julie did an outstanding job of repairing 14 of my Mother's vintage dolls. She repaired them in a timely manner and the dolls are back in their display cases. Needless to say my Mother was thrilled at the outcome! I would recommend her to anyone needing their dolls repaired.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the service of this doll hospital, because the owner refused to provide me service. I emailed her (and after waiting nearly a week for her to reply) we agreed I would send her some pictures. I wasn't able to that for several weeks due to birthdays and a scheduled vacation, but sent her the pics after. I was going to bring the doll to her the following week and then my dad passed. She emailed me and I explained the delay (we HAD NOT set an appointment, just generally spoke about me going over there that week). After I told he what happened, she wished me well but never answered my question on whether she could fix the doll from the pictures. I thanked her for her sympathy and AGAIN asked about fixing the doll and she never replied. All in all, I found her extremely rude and will be going elsewhere. I would think that a small business would know how important customer service was, but apparently not this one.
