Noise, kids blocking the driveways making it hard to drive in and out and worse kids playing soccer in the parking lot damaging cars. Parking is a nightmare, a few weeks ago I was taking the trash out and a poor woman was in her car crying because she couldn't find a parking spot and so would have to sleep in her car so it wouldn't be towed.



..sleep...in...her...car... Yes, it's that bad....



Every unit has mold issues, neighbors say the toilets rock and the bathtubs feel unsteady so I'm pretty sure there is a dry rot problem.



There apparently is no maintenance as many people including myself have asked to have windows, outlets or appliances fixed but no one has come to do the repairs. This place fits the bill for a slum across all categories and I'm actually surprised it hasn't been investigated yet.



This is not someplace you want to move to especially if you have children. There are drug deals going on around the corners of buildings and the kids here use the foulest language imaginable.
