I have very straight, very short, very difficult to cut hair. You have to be REALLY good with a razor to cut it well, and Nancy was amazing.



After talking with me about my needs and my scalp health, she sent me back to the shampoo bowl (it seems like such a common term for such a fabulous 10 minutes!!!) and I enjoyed the best shampooing I have ever had. My neck was supported and massaged, my scalp was happy and I could have stayed there all day.

After the very thorough shampooing, Nancy and I talked quite a bit about my needs. If it takes longer than 5 minutes for me to get ready in the morning, my hair is too long. She checked out the shape of my head, made some recommendations, and I told her to "do what you think will work".



She spent close to an hour razor cutting my hair. It was the best haircut I have ever (in my 44 years) had. I have since been back once and I reschedule my next appointment before I leave.



Bottom line? Nancy rocks...and from what I could tell from the other clients walking out, the other stylists are pretty darned good, too.
