Piano Restoration

We inheratied a Victor Piano that was made in 1924. It sat in my Mother-in-laws basement for over 30 years. It was dusty, and the walnut finish was very badley scratched and scuffed up. When my Mother-in-law passed away we called John Cooke to get an appraisal for the condition of the piano. He said it was in good condition, and would be worth it to restore it back to its origianal state. He refered us to Sam Evans and we met with him to discuss the finish of the wood , and what we would hope it would look like when he was done.In the meantime, we built a room for the piano, since it weighs a 1000lbs. Sam Evens exceeded our expections!! When we went to his company, their was so many piano's that he was working on, that my piano was right in front of me. I didn't know it was mine. It was much to beautiful.Sam Evans exceeded my expections. His love of piano's shows, He is so talented ,and I am grateful to him for restoring this family piano to its origial beauty. My daughter is taking piano lessons, and loves to play the Victor. Thank You again Sam, for doing such an amazeing job, Kathey Schaer
