Thank you Upscales!!!!My husband has been in the reef hobby for many years while I myself am a "non-fish person". I recently needed assistance to ship out some corals overnight, (husband had to work). Not only did Upscales (the owner Travis)create a custom box for my husband�s corals but he also made recommendations that insured the corals made it to their destination healthy. Although the corals being shipped were from my husband�s tank...He (Travis)did all of this at no charge! My husband has been a customer of Upscales for many years and has never had a bad experience. Upscales has ALWAYS stood by their products/services to the point of exchanging or refunding whenever necessary. Travis has a good team of employees working there that are knowledgeable and friendly as well.

They lie about fish and products. They sell defective pumps. You pay top price, and when you get it home, it doesn't work, and then they tell you to open the pump up and fix it yourself, and when that does not work, they refuse to replace it! That was my $325 lesson, save yourself the money!
