Although the wait time is somewhat lengthy, it is contributed to the number of requests to be evaluated by the agency's psychiatrist. The agency is cutting edge offering neuroscience based services. I have no problems obtaining copies of my child's reports. The management is very passionate and dedicated to their clients. They work as a time and do whatever it takes to make it happen. The owners are very caring and work along side of the staff. The owners even transports families home who do not have transportation. The previous comment made by the previous person must have her own personal issues. Maybe She NEED TO SHE THE Psychiatrist!

Waste of time. Zero privacy in waiting room and the doctor does not do appointments. Everyone basically arrives at the same time and they herd you through the psychiatrist office like cattle. You sign in when you get there, but if you live near there you can show up when the open and sign in for the afternoon doc session. If you get there at 2:00pm, then it could be well after 5:00pm before you are seen. I still haven't gotten my kid's previous eval back from them that they needed a copy of. Several months later...no one can find it! Some in home therapists will be over 2 hours late for an appointment with not so much a phone call or they may call to cancel after being a couple of hours late...this happened on a regular basis. Others are actually great. Also, seems they do not bill correctly to insurance...incomplete information and will affect if you need hospitalization.
