I am writing this review to inform the public of my experience with this clinic. On Jan. 13, 2011

I called the Drs. office at 4:10 and was told they would be open until 5:30 at which time I informed the person that answered the phone that I needed xrays of my injuried knee unable to walk and I would be coming in before they closed. I arrived at the building at 5:02 and made it to the door on crutches to find the door locked. I then placed a phone call and was told the Dr. decided to close at 5:00 due to the icy road conditions and wouldn't be able to see me. I have a problem with being told that they would be open and I made the effort to get to the Dr. to be turned away. That is not how you treat people you do not turn a injuried person away at the door and call yourself a Dr. I will be calling the BBB and the owner of the clinic to complain about the non service that I recieved and that I was turned away at the door on crutches. I can understand closing early due to the icy roads but with that said someone should have told the Dr. that someone had called and was coming in with a inury. Or informed his staff they would be closing early and not 5 mins before they locked the door. So if someone happened to call ahead like I did they could have told me they would be closing early. And then to top this all off I was hung up on by someone on his staff. So please be aware before you enter this clinic.
