Ordered arrangements for delivery on Valentines Day for my wife. I tried to get a time frame and I even offered to pick it up.m myself. I was advised that I couldn’t pick it up and the residential delivery started at 3pm.
At about 5 I called to check the status they advise me they didn’t know but the delivery was out. They tell me to have my wife stay home until it gets there. So let’s just say this runied our Vday! We missed our reserversations for both dinner and a movie. This was almost $200 and today I call them and they say “oh yea we didn’t deliver it”
Well ma’am NOW can I pick it up. She tells me I can 2 hours later I come and MY ORDER IS STILL NOT READY!!
Horrible we always order or just come to the store & pick up arrangements. This is unacceptable & unprofessional. I wasn’t offered a discount, coupons, etc.
I can’t cxl it because now my wife may think it was a big lie having her stay in the house all Day and Night on Valentines Day!
Bad service, no one called to say anything

I would not recommend ordering any fruit arrangements from this store. The owner is not professional and does not have any integrity. I ordered a large basket for a friend and they delivered what clearly was a small basket because they didn't think we would actually ever see it. However, I was able to send pics to corporate of the basket before and after it was unwrapped along with a pic of what I actually ordered...major difference!! The store manager apologized and offered to re-send the basket the next day. However, the OWNER of the store called us back the next day after 4pm and said that she was not sending out another basket. she was rude and obnoxious, citing the reason for not following through on what the store manager said as,"because I'm the owner of the store." She decided that all she wanted to give us was a box of fruit instead. We told her that we wanted nothing else from their store except the credit for the difference between a small basket and a large one and that we would let everyone know how poorly they do business.
