I hired Appliance Service to fix a water leak in refrigerator. They fixed the leak but dragged it across my hardwood floor without putting down a mat or any floor protection, Now I have deep gouges in my hardwood floors and cannot get anyone from the company to return my calls or fix the damage. BEWARE.
