Our business relies on technology to effectively serve our clients. However, our size prevents us from having a dedicated IT resource. Joel Thain and IntegriCom have been a perfect solution.

In the past we have churned through IT consultants in attempt to find someone who delivers on their promises. They either wanted to sell us everything under the sun or they ignored us until something failed. Joel has been proactive in managing our technology systems (voice and data), but he does it with our budget constraints in mind.

Another reason I'm extremely pleased with IntegriCom is their responsiveness. With other firms we frequently got quick response time, but occassionally they would leave us hanging and pulling our hair out. I've never had a poor response time with IntegriCom.

In short, I highly recommend Joel and the IntegriCom team.

Recently we purchased computers and a server for our office. Using Integricom was the smartest move we made in the whole process. Joel helped us not only with our hardware and softward needs but he helped coordinate our data line installation, telephone system and made sure all of our systems worked together. Additionally, Joel helped coordinate the entire process with our corporate headquarters and made the transition day incredibly easy!



We highly recommend Joel and his team - without them we'd probably still be sorting through our technology needs and unable to make decisions that suit our business! Integricom is fast, efficient, affordable but most of all they are experts with technology!
