WOW!!! I was really impressed!!! I spoke with Michael(new owner) on the phone about the 0420 code (Faulty catalytic converter) setting off my check engine light. He said it could be a less expensive oxygen sensor setting the code which would be found with the diagnostics. I asked if he would have the parts by the time I arrived so I would not have to wait; and he did! Exact fitting parts, not generic! Very, very impressed!!! They replaced the converter and an o2 sensor in an hour!!! Places like this are hard to find... Great job guys!! I will be back with all of our cars as needed. Mark M.

When ever one of the cars has a problem Steve is the first person I call. We've been taking our cars there for years and I always trust them to tell me what the problem is, what it will take to fix it and in some instances wether or not it's worth fixing. ( we have some old cars). These guys are something you don't find often. They're honest and know what they are doing.

It was horrible!!! The first time I went, I waited 10 minutes in the lobby for someone to come and never got anyone. So I left. I had a groupon to use at a NAPA Service Center and this was a center listed as participating so I went back to try and use my groupon. Finally I received service from a a man that was not very professional at all. He was not in any uniform like EVERY other worker.... and he wasn't the owner. His chest hair was showing like it was the latest trend and he seemed like he didn't have a clue as to what he was doing. Not to mention he was stuffing his face with food the entire time. Finally when I went to pay, I handed them the coupon and proceeded to get told that they couldn't accept that and the owner then came out and YELLED at me saying the same thing and made an attempt to argue with me. If your company isn't going to accept the coupon, you need to post a sign saying you don't and get on the phone with groupon and have it out with them instead of taking your frustration out on the CUSTOMER!

Never have I been treated like that by anyone or have I treated my own customers with the disrespect and pure unprofessional-ism I received from this location. Mr. Kahn, owner, needs to learn how to run a business and not a POS mad house.
