Waste of time

I ordered a backless bra so I could use it on my cruise, but as my departure date got closer and closer I began to worry where my order was. I emailed them with concern and they replied saying the bra was out of stock but hopefully would be in soon. Hello!?!? Could you not let me know when I placed the order what was going on so I could take my business elsewhere? Why do I, the buyer have to contact you after not receiving my shipment within the timeline promised to find this out? I was very upset. I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional.

Absolute crooks. I ordered a product on June 1st. When my wedding dress seamstress showed me that it wouldn't fit, I returned it in pristine condition right away. It's a good thing I paid extra for tracking on that return shipment because they seem to have lost it. I had to prove the shipment arrived and then I had to wait another 30 days. It's been well over 60 days. These guys are crooks.

I emailed customer service with a picture of my wedding dress and the representative made a perfect choice for me. I appreciate the timely response and the wonderful customer service. The backless bra was perfect. I will recommend to anyone that is having problems with finding a bra for her wedding dress.

I was surprise at the rating when I google for sense today. I have been a customer for a long time and they have great products and customer service both on the phone and by email has always been very helpful. I only wish they did more promotion discounts.

I ordered one item, they say I placed two orders. Of course, the one I didn't order arrived but I was charged. The item I actually wanted was out of stock. Policy states you must contact them first for returns. Emailed customer service ref return. I received a response basically stating that I placed both orders from my computer.
