Ok so I ran some errands on my lunch hour...and decided to go drive thru at Starbucks....

big mistake...huge!

not only did I have to repeat the order over 3 times...she then said just pull up....gave her the order again...I had to even explain how it is made like I work there.....and she still gave me the wrong drink....I told her...she changes it...but sloppily instead of making a new one she just took the coffee from the first drink and blended it leaving chunks of the wrong order ice coffee she made in the frapuccino....

never again I tell you....it even hurt all reputation with me as far as Starbuck is concerned...haven't gone back since...
