My cake class with Chef Sharie was a terrible experience. Chef Sharie is a bully and she and her bakery are incredibly unclean. She was incredibly mean towards another class attendee and we were literally afraid to speak, move our spatula wrong, hold our bags wrong, or do anything that would set her off. We have named her "The Cake Beast" because she was such a terribly mean person. She is impatient and yelled at us multiple times. Her bakery was unclean and she actually commented to the other participant that I used too much of her water washing my hands. Never once did she instruct any attendee to wash their hands and I never once saw her wash her hands even after licking the batter off her fingers or wiping the sweat off her face. I would never recommend her class and I would never eat her cake.
