1. Charged me for labor for TWO plumbers. One just sat there, while the other did all the work.



2. Changed the price of the work/quote due to fact that the plumbers DID NOT know what they are doing.



3. Did not properly sealed pipe. Pipe began to leak.

worse plumber i ever seen i never never would recommend him to any body !! his guys didn't even know what there where doing had leaks and more leaks this guy a joke

ETC came to my rescue with a badly clogged pipe. At first I thought the ceiling would have to be ripped apart, but luckily they were able to remove the toilet and snake the clog with a heavy duty machine (a regular snake wouldn't have done the job). None of the other plumbers I tried to call would answer (it was late) but ETC did and fixed the problem quickly. Thanks ETC ! I now have a plumber I can rely on.

I usually don't write these reviews but for someone that does above and beyond I will. ETC came to the rescue with an emergency plumbing problem (I was in a panic at the time) and they did it quickly and for much less than I was expecting (especially for an emergency). They also cleaned up the mess (which the plumbing company I had called before them wouldn't and would have cost me more). I will definitely be keeping ETC's number handy for the next time. I highly recommend ETC Plumbing. Thank you Erik!

We had a problem with our toilet and called ETC Plumbing. They came out with rinky dink tools and started to snake our toilet from outside of the house. They pulled a few roots out of the hole the size of a ping pong ball and told us that they had solved our problem. They charged us $230 for this. An hour later, toilet is still not flushing correctly and all the sudden our kitchen sink is backed up. They came back, opend the pipe under the sink and snaked it finding nothing. They told us there was grease in it and there was nothing they could do and that our pipe was too small and shouldn't be connected to a dishwasher (hmmm, go figure...). We bought draino for grease and applied 2 times yesterday but sink in kitchen and toilet still backing up. This morning my husband took the toilet bowl up off the floor and found roots within a hands reach the size of a football in the main sewer line where all the lines come together. Put the bowl back on and now everything drains perfectly. My question is why ETC Plumbing had no clue how to fix our problem. They would have spent less time taking our toilet off and seeing all the blockage than the time they took snaking the pipes where they found virtually nothing. Also how could they have left us like that without solving the problem. I am angry to have paid this guy good money especially when he claims he is a master plumber license #12013. I'd stay as far away from this guys as possible. If you have a plumbing problem apparently my husband who is not a master plumber can help!
