Great store. I have always been satisfied with the great sales people. I have shopped at all the different locations that Triish has been for over 40 years. Always had a good experience with professional and knowledgeable sales people and owners.

It's people like this that give local shops a bad name. It's sad because they have such a cute set up and a clean facility. It's the employees that give it a bad name.



Today, my father brother and I came to this store for the first time to attempt to buy a screen for our sink. Not a high request, if I may say.



We walked in and it was almost as if it PAINED the employee to say hello to us. He asked him where the screens were, and miraculously he showed us. We pick up the screen and go to pay, and I could swear he rolled his eyes. He says to us, "Can you tell me the price?" Really? You can't walk two feet to check the price yourself? But that's whatever, not a big deal I'm perfectly capable of checking the price.



We walked up to pay and he was having a conversation with a coworker. Didn't even turn our direction and made us wait for him to finish talking. We tried telling him the price, but all the screens were placed incorrectly so we weren't sure which screens were which price, so we attempt to tell him, and then he FOR SURE rolls his eye and basically waves us away. Keep in mind, we attempted to be respectful, but I can only respect you if you do the same. So he tells us our price, we pay, and by this time this rude individual completely irritated my father, to which he replied, "thanks." in a sarcastic matter. The guys gives us our change, then replies MORE SARCASTICALLY, "For what?" Really? Really? My father replied, "Nothing." And walked out, avoiding an argument. I turned around before we left and he was shaking HIS head. Oh goodness, I'm sorry we made you DO YOUR JOB. I wish to God I caught his name, because if I were the owner, I'd fire the punk.
