2 1/2 weeks without hot water because feet dragging management company and do it yourself (incompetent) and cheap homeowner. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend any services this company has to offer. Absolutely cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can get away from here. And I second all the other 1 star reviews of this company, wish I had the foresight to have read those before renting from this company. 3-D should stand for 3rd rate.
