terrible customer service; phone calls not returned. Inexcusable, deliberate delay from Dr. Moussa in giving patient biopsy results.

Don't count on them responding...

Don't count on them responding to your pharmacy. I have had my Pharmacy request a RX renewal 3 times with no response. It took my having to call them directly and only then did they make any attempt to help. They claim to not have received any fax from my pharmacy.

I als have not been impressed with the doctors. They may well know what they're about but have no skill at communicating with patients. They never have time to explain things. A typical patient mill operation. I will finding a new doctor.
