Excellent customer service. Showed up in Tucson and realized I had rented my car in Phoenix. They had no problem getting me a car and gave me a better rate than what I had pre-booking. I even go a free upgrade because they didn't have the class of car I requested. Bravo Alamo!!

Excellent customer service. They had computer problems which caused a little longer delay than normal before getting my car. They gave me a discount even though it wasn't their fault. I drove the car from Tucson to the Pittsburgh airport for drop off. The rental experience was nearly flawless and reasonably priced for a one way rental.

Fast easy and returning the car was a snap. We where in and out in no time using on line check in preregistration.

First time ever to Tucson AZ & first time ever renting a vehicle with Alamo!! Excellent customer service at the counter and Eileen that works in the booth to exchange vehicle to the customers is personality plus vet caring and welcoming and professional !!! Look forward to visiting again and choosing Alamo!
