Great Pizza, Great crust!

I met the real manager he always seemed very nice. Other then him I was not impressed. I used to go there all the time until one of the employees rang me up wrong then when I politely pointed it out the kid seriously went off on me. I was like uh sorry for the misunderstanding even though it was in no way my place to apologize and the kid still continued to yell at me. I used to go there several times a week and again the manager was always very kind and I liked their food. I called a couple of times to speak with him on this incident and nobody ever called me back. I'm sure he's a busy guy but I wonder if he even ever got my messages. Finally I just gave up. They lost a good customer.
